I know this will probably change nothing, I just don’t want anyone else to be banned like I was. ![]() You can get unfairly banned by doing absolutely nothing wrong. I feel sad, tired and very angry for not being able to do anything to save my beloved account I spent my whole childhood with. I tried reaching out to them once more, but they don’t respond back. I was doing absolutely nothing rulebreaking that would warrant a perma ban on my account. ![]() Now look, I understand you probably get a lot of appeals from actual botters and cheaters, but in the screenshots I sent them, I was talking to people. “I'm sorry for being the one to tell you, but this ban is permanent and we are not tolerant - at all - when it comes to any kind of botting.” First thing Ubisoft Support tells me is that I’ve been permanent suspended for using a macro for botting, that they’re very clear in the rules about what happens to people caught doing that. Also, its not like I’m permabanned, 730 days isn’t permanent right? Pretty old player, decent level account, it must be a mistake, support should be able to help me, was what I thought. I took screenshots as far as my log would go, you can see me make typos because I was typing every message by hand. Oh boy I wasn’t expecting what would happen next.Īt around 11.51, what I assume happened was a moderator joins the world, sees the spam bots, bans them all along with me. I thought of nothing and kept buying pink chems. I noticed there were around 6-7 spam bots in the world, they are there in every world you go anyways. I was also chatting with other buyers/sellers in the world. I was typing them all with my hand and my keyboard, I made a lot of spelling mistakes. If by any chance you’ve seen me today and I bought some pink chems from you, please let me know in the comments. Generic messages like “Buy P chem 200/1”, “Buy P 200/1”, “Buy all P 200/1” and some “x” and “.”’s for visibility, while trading with people that wanted to sell their chems. I was typing every single message by hand. I was in the world BUYCHEM, trying to buy some pink chems for the price of 200/1. My account is 2500+ days old and I’m a supporter. I’ve recently came back to Growtopia few days ago, installed it back on my laptop. Today at 11.51.23 am in Growtopian time, I got banned for 730 days for the reason: Ban10, usage of a third party program to auto/macro/cheat. I know this is not Growtopia support and I hope this post doesn’t break any rules, but it’s the last place I may be able to get some help on.
